Join the Live Well, Age Well programme and take part in free2 activities that support your physical, mental, and social well-being — all right in your neighbourhood!

Brought to you by the Health Promotion Board and People’s Association, the programme makes it easy to keep doing what you love. It is gradually rolled out to all Community Clubs (CCs) nationwide, with selected activities also at Residents’ Committees (RCs)/Residents’ Network (RNs), Active Ageing Centres, and more.

Designed for individuals aged 50 and above, Age Strong is a holistic digital health programme that you can participate anytime, anywhere digitally on the Healthy 365 app, and complements the in‑person Live Well, Age Well community sessions.
