The workshop is divided into 2 segments:
In segment 1, mothers will learn:
- The positive benefits of self-care on you and your child.
- Practical self-care tips/strategies and how you can fit self-care into your time and routine.
In segment 2, a bonding session for you and your child. We have lined up an interactive activity for your child to find out more about you and share their appreciation.
