Stay active to reduce your risk of falls.Exercising regularly will help your strength and balance.
Aim to do at least 150 – 300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity weekly. In addition, do a mix of physical activity, especially strength, balance and flexibility exercises at least 3 days a week. Try these
