*Sleep duration tracking is supported on Healthy 365 for these HPB-issued fitness trackers and third-party fitness apps. Please note that sleep tracking is compatible with Apple Health mobile app only when paired with Apple Watch Series 3 or later, and with Fitbit mobile app only when paired with a Fitbit tracker with sleep tracking function.
If you are using one of the above third-party fitness tracking devices or fitness mobile apps, please ensure that your device can track your heart rate in order to track MVPA duration.
