HPB Fitness Tracker Exchange
You are eligible for a 1-for-1 fitness tracker exchange if you have a faulty HPB fitness tracker and it is within the 1-year warranty period*.
To check the warranty period of your HPB fitness tracker, launch your Healthy 365 app and go to “Account” > “My Fitness Tracker”.
Faulty HPB fitness trackers are subject to assessment and are only applicable for manufacturer's
defects. Only the fitness tracker body will be exchanged if eligible.
The warranty does not cover:
• Replacement of accessories (charging cradle, tracker straps, battery)
• Damage from wear and tear, misuse, improper use, overcharging, scratches, breakage, or screen
cracks
If your accessory is faulty and you wish to replace it, you may purchase a replacement from an
Authorised Service
Provider
If you are eligible for a 1-for-1 exchange, you may make an appointment via the Healthy 365 app at
one of the HPB appointed service centres.
