MVPA refers to any activity that causes a
noticeable increase in your breathing and heart rate. It
encompasses a wide range of physical exercises that vary in intensity and offer significant health benefits.
You need
to do at least 10 minutes of MVPA continuously per session in order for your MVPA minutes to be clocked.

and ensure
SpO2 is a measure of oxygen saturation that indicates the
level of oxygen present in your blood. Any level
below 94% is considered low and you should consult a doctor if you are concerned
about your readings.
Some people may have lower-than-normal readings, such as smokers
or people with pre-existing lung or other medical conditions.
