When To Seek Treatment

Inform a healthcare professional early if you notice any of the following:

  • Redness or any unhealthy skin colour changes
  • Broken areas of skin
  • Odour (unusual smell) from areas of skin
  • Pus/ discharges from areas of skin
  • Painful/ sore/ itchy/ swollen areas of skin
  • Fever (body temperature of >38°C)
