Quick reminders and tips to help care for your three-year-old’s health and well-being!
Time outdoors helps prevent/delay myopia. Make sure the little one spends two to three hours per day enjoying the great outdoors.
Protect junior's eyes when you're reading with him - hold the book at least 30cm away from his eyes.
Hold or place mobile devices 40 - 50cm away from your child's eyes. Adjust the screen brightness to reduce glare, and the display size for comfortable viewing.
Take 20 seconds break after 20 minutes of near-work activities. For example, he can look at some trees in the distance.
Take good care of your toddler's teeth! Brush twice a day: once after he wakes, and once before he goes to sleep at night.
Brush your little one's teeth for two minutes each time and make sure to clean the hard-to-reach areas like the back of the mouth.
