Protect junior's eyes when you're reading with him - hold the book at leas 30cm away for his eyes.
Hold or place mobile devices 40 - 50cm away from your child's eyes. Adjust the screen brightness to reduce glare, and the display size for comfortable viewing.
Remind the little one to rest his eyes by taking a 3min to 5min break after 30 to 40 mins of near work(e.g tablet use). For example, he can look at some trees in the distance.
Take good care of your toddler's teeth! Brush twice a day: once after he wakes, and once before he goes to sleep at night.
Brush you little one's teeth for two minutes each time and make sure to clean the hard-to-reach areas like the back of the mouth.
