Parent Hub: Grow Well SG - Family Bonding

FAMILY BONDING

Some of the best moments with our children happen in the everyday. A chat over dinner, a walk to school, or a few minutes spent playing together can go a long way in helping them feel loved, supported and connected.

These small moments do more than create happy memories. They build trust, strengthen your relationship and make it easier for your child to turn to you when they need support.

Explore simple activities that help your family spend quality time together, from games and conversation starters to creative challenges and shared adventures. Because when we make time to connect, we're helping our children build confidence, resilience and emotional well-being that can last a lifetime.

Small Steps, Big Difference

ACTIVITIES FOR THE FAMILY

You don't have to make big changes to make a difference. Discover easy ways to support your child's well-being, one small habit and shared moment at a time.

Tiny Taste Lab

Big bites can feel overwhelming. Can your child discover a new favourite food one tiny taste at a time?

  1. Cut fruits or vegetables into tiny bite-sized pieces and pair them with a healthy dip such as yoghurt or peanut butter.
  2. Let your child create their own "taste plate" by choosing which foods and dips to pair together.
  3. Become food scientists and rate each combination with a thumbs up, sideways or down. No pressure to finish everything, just have fun exploring!
