Juice is high in sugar and may cause extra weight gain. Reduce how much sugar your child drinks by diluting fruit juice with water.

Fried food faves like nuggets, hotdogs, and fishballs are high in fat/calories and low in nutrients, and can cause unneeded weight gain. Remind your child that they are to be eaten only sometimes, in small amounts.

Take good care of your child's precious teeth. You don't want him to miss school because of a toothache!
