Fish fillet | Seasoning |
Tomatoes, cut into quarters |
Tomato ketchup * |
Cucumber, cut into quarters |
Brown sugar |
Garlic, minced |
Lime or lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
Ginger |

Mix fish fillet with marinade and keep aside.
Mix seasoning together and keep aside.
Heat oil in wok. Pan-fry fish until golden brown on both sides.
Add tomatoes, cucumbers and seasoning mixture.
Simmer until sauce thickens. Serve.
Fish is a good source of polyunsaturated fat which can lower the risk of heart disease by reducing cholesterol levels in the blood.
