Making this a regular toilet habit will help to empty the bladder. Frequent urination and increased trips to the toilet occur in early and late pregnancy. In late pregnancy, as baby grows, the womb will also put extra pressure on the bladder. Try cutting out drinks in the late evening to reduce trips to the bathroom.
Management Of Common Pregnancy Symptoms
Nausea is common in pregnancy and ginger has been considered a natural remedy for hundreds of years. Relieve sickness symptoms by making ginger tea from a slice of the fresh root steeped in hot water, which you can sip throughout the day. Ginger supplements are also available, but you should always consult your doctor before taking any herbal supplement during pregnancy.

Your sense of taste may change in pregnancy, leading you to crave sour foods. Many women have somewhat odd food cravings when baby is on board, from ice cream to extremely spicy food. But pregnancy cravings are not always the healthiest options. Ensure you have a balanced diet so that your body doesn't hanker for certain foods. Rather than give in to consuming empty calories, go for a short walk to keep your mind off food.
Do's And Don'ts In Pregnancy
Abdominal bloating is a common symptom in pregnancy, as the stomach empties more slowly during this period. Avoiding tight clothes and eating small frequent meals should alleviate any discomfort. If you're prone to bloating, try and restrict the consumption of foods that can create gas — like cabbage and beans.
Fainting is quite common in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy as the blood pressure lowers and the blood vessels relax. Avoid standing for a long period of time. Getting up slowly from sitting or lying down will also help you to avoid any giddy spells.
