Ingredients
WHAT YOU NEED
Fish fillet | Seasoning |
Tomatoes, cut into quarters | Tomato ketchup * |
Cucumber, cut into quarters | Brown sugar |
Garlic, minced | Lime or lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
Ginger | Water |
Oil * | Corn flour |
Marinade
Light soy sauce * | Corn flour |
Pepper |

Cooking Instructions
- Mix fish fillet with marinade and keep aside.
- Mix seasoning together and keep aside.
- Heat oil in wok. Pan-fry fish until golden brown on both sides.
- Add tomatoes, cucumbers and seasoning mixture.
- Simmer until sauce thickens. Serve.
