Week 2 - Strength, Balance and Flexibility 101s
  • Learn about upper body strength, balance and flexibility fitness components

  • Try out strength, balance and flexibility exercises while being guided by an instructor in a workshop style session

Week 3 - Aerobic, Balance and Flexibility 101s
  • Learn about lower body strength, balance and flexibility fitness components

  • Try out strength, balance and flexibility exercises while being guided by an instructor in a workshop style session

Week 4 - Aerobic Workout Class
  • Learn about aerobic fitness component and exercise intensities
