HealthHub Track Login: Facebook and Email Logins for HealthHub Track Member


To improve your login experience, we are making the following changes from 7 October 2019.

  • Facebook login: You will have the flexibility to login in to your account using Facebook, which is a seamless process.

  • Track password: If you have used your email address to login to www.healthhub.sg in the past, Track will recognise your email address and prompt you to set a new Track password in the Track app or web portal.

  1. Why do I need to set a new password for Track?

  2. If you have logged in to www.healthhub.sg with your email in the past and used the same email to log in to Track, you will receive a prompt to set a new password for Track. 

    As HealthHub is moving away to a different login method, Track will no longer follow HealthHub mode of authentication.

  3. Who do I contact if I need further assistance?
