HPB FITNESS TRACKER COLLECTION

HPB FITNESS TRACKER EXCHANGE

You are eligible for a 1-for-1 HPB fitness tracker exchange if :

1) You have a faulty Season 5 fitness tracker collected between 2019 and 2020. Season 5 fitness trackers with broken straps can also be exchanged. No warranty validity check is required. While stocks last.

2) You have a faulty HPB fitness tracker from Season 6* and it’s still within the 1-year warranty.


Make an appointment via Healthy 365 app to do a 1-for-1 exchange at our Customer Care Centres or other designated HPB fitness tracker locations.Alternatively, you may visit our Authorised Service Providers to buy or exchange your faulty fitness trackers.


*All HPB fitness trackers are while stocks last will have a warranty period of 1 year from collection date. Warranty for the HPB fitness tracker is only guaranteed against manufacturer's defects. The warranty does not cover straps, wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse and damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to product use. Decreased battery life due to constant over charging, scratches, breakage and screen cracks shall not be covered. Please refer to user guide booklet for full information.
