Each Healthpoint has a validity date of 6 months. Your Healthpoints summary details (including expiry date if applicable) can be found under “My Wallet” in the Rewards section. Check your “My Wallet” Summary page for the necessary information on the expiry date. Any expired Healthpoints shall be automatically forfeited, cancelled and become null and void. Any request for extension, exchange, replacement or refund will not be entertained. To prevent your Healthpoints from expiring, you may opt in for auto-redemption for TransitLink reward. HPB Credit$ can be used to offset purchases at any of the participating merchants’ outlets. To pay using your HPB Credit$, look for the HPB Credit$ label at the outlet and scan the NETS QR to trigger the payment process. Please ensure that your registered TransitLink (TL) CAN ID is valid for at least 6 months after the Healthpoints expiry month to ensure that the auto redemption will be processed. Note that you will need to proceed to any TL Self-Help Ticketing Machine, TL Ticket Office or Concession Card Replacement Office to top up the redeemed value to your linked card within 30 days from the date of redemption. Failure to claim your TransitLink eVouchers by then will result in its expiry.

Only Healthpoints that have expired at the end of the previous month will be auto redeemed to the linked card. It may take up to 30 days for the auto redemption transaction to be processed.
