Round cabbage, shredded | Pancake Mixture |
Carrot, shredded |
Whole-wheat flour/wholemeal flour |
Low-fat cheese*, shredded |
Baking powder |
Oil * |
Eggs |

Low-fat milk * |

Mix the ingredients for the pancake mixture until smooth and keep aside.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add in shredded cabbage, carrot and cheese.
Pour pancake mixture onto the pan. Pan-fry until both sides are golden brown. Serve hot.
Allow your child to experience the goodness of wholegrains by incorporating wholegrain products (eg. wholewheat flour, wholemeal flour) into the pancake.
