Eligible Singapore Citizens who are enrolled with Healthier SG will enjoy special subsidies for Healthier SG Screening (i.e. pay $0*^) at their enrolled Healthier SG clinic (CHAS GP or polyclinic).
*Includes all eligible tests (i.e. cardiovascular risk screening, cervical, and colorectal cancer screening) within the same screening visit and one follow-up consultation (if required).
^Breast cancer screening services are offered at selected polyclinics at these rates:
$0 for eligible Healthier SG-enrolled Singapore Citizens, $25 for PG, $37.50 for MG, $50 for Singapore Citizens and $75 for Permanent Residents.

GO FOR HEALTH SCREENING IN 2 SIMPLE STEPS
STEP 1
Book an appointment for the recommended subsidised screening tests you are due for.
Breast cancer screening services under Healthier SG Screening are only available at selected polyclinics. Find out more here.
STEP 2
Bring along your NRIC and/or CHAS/MG/PG Card (if applicable) on the day of your health screening to receive the subsidised rate.
You are strongly recommended to call ahead of your appointment to check with your preferred CHAS GP clinic for any other instructions.
If your screening results are normal, you may continue to go for health screening within the recommended frequency. If you have been diagnosed with chronic condition(s), please continue to follow up with your doctor
to ensure your condition is monitored regularly.
For Permanent Residents, please check with your preferred CHAS GP clinic on the screening test rates offered under Healthier SG Screening. Prevailing rates for doctor's consultation will be charged by the respective CHAS GP clinics.
