</div><div><ul><li>200g broccoli, cut to small flowerets
</li><li>40g carrot, peel and sliced into 1cm thickness
</li><li>40g honshimeiji mushroom, cut off the bottom root
</li><li>40g shitake mushrooms, trim off the stem and cut to halve
</li><li>20g black fungus, pre-soak and cut into bite size
</li><li>1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
</li><li>Half red chilli, diced (optional)
</li></ul></div><div>Soya seasoning mix:
</div><div><ul><li>1 tbsp soya sauce
</li><li>1 tbsp oyster sauce
</li><li>2 tbsp water
</li><li>2 tbsp canola oil
</li><li>2 tbsp flour
</li><li>1 tsp sugar
</li><li>1/8 tsp salt (optional)
</li></ul><div><h2>Method</h2><div><ol><li>Blanch broccoli and carrot for 1- 2 minutes in boiling water. Remove and set aside.
</li><li>Mix soya seasoning except salt. Set aside.
</li><li>Heat wok, add oil. When oil gets hot, add garlic and stir fry till fragrant.
</li><li>Add in black fungi, shitake and honshimeji mushroom. Stir fry for 1 minute.
</li><li>Add in carrot, chilli, and broccoli; and then stir fry.
</li><li>Stir in the soya seasoning mix and continue to stir fry.
</li><li>Taste and add salt only if required. Serve. </li></ol></div><h2>Nutrition Tips</h2><div><ul><li> Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins, fibre and can help to lower the risk for some cancers.
</li><li> Cook vegetables lightly to retain crunch and flavour. Overcooking will reduce the amount of nutrients in vegetables.
