<li><p>Mix the ingredients for the pancake mixture until smooth and keep aside.</p></li>
<li><p>Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add in shredded cabbage, carrot and cheese.</p></li>
<li><p>Pour pancake mixture onto the pan. Pan-fry until both sides are golden brown.
