Befriending Services aim to improve the overall emotional and psychological wellbeing of elderly living in the community.</div><div>
</div><div>Trained volunteers visit these seniors as befrienders, providing some relief to their loneliness, isolation or boredom. Through their interactions, befrienders can also identify areas that can improve the senior's day-to-day environment and provide the necessary assistance.</div><div>
