What is a Colonoscopy?

A colonoscopy is a procedure that enables the doctor to examine and evaluate the inside of your colon for any signs of bowel-related conditions. Lasting for about 30 minutes to an hour each time, a colonoscopy procedure is also one of the recommended methods for colorectal cancer screening.
