DID YOU KNOW YOUR BABY'S MILK REQUIREMENTS CHANGE AT EVERY STAGE?

Here's what you need to know about your child's milk consumption

Milk consumption for different stages of your baby's growth

0 - 4 months

Milk is your baby's only food source at this stage, providing energy and essential nutrients for your child's growth and development.

4 - 6 months

Milk is still your baby’s main food source at this stage and depending on how ready your child is, you can try starting them on the weaning process.

6 - 12 months

Milk remains a primary food source for your baby, with weaning foods introduced at around 6 months. As your child grows older and becomes more accustomed to weaning foods, they can be gradually increased as a part of a wholesome and balanced diet.

After 12 months

Milk is still an important source of calcium and vitamins, but is now a supplement to a diet of solid foods. Most of their calories and nutrients should come from a well-balanced diet mainly comprising fruits, vegetables, whole grains and meat
