Physiotherapy Treatment

Understand more about physiotherapy and how physiotherapy helps those with osteoporosis.

We incorporate physical exercise and therapy in our physiotherapy sessions to facilitate maximum recovery and resume functionality and movement. Our physiotherapy treatment aims to help you relieve pain, restore normal function and strength while preventing further injury and promoting an active lifestyle. Physiotherapists can help you cope with difficulties that may hinder your daily movement and activities through education and activity modification.

Physiotherapy for Osteoporosis Management

Osteoporosis is a condition that causes the weakening of bones, leading to a higher likelihood of injury due to falls or hard impact. The elderly over 65 years old are particularly at risk.

If you or your loved ones are susceptible to falls and injury, physiotherapy can help assess your physical condition and identify signs, causes and potential areas of weakness. See a doctor for physiotherapy treatment plans to help rectify problems such as poor balance, weak joints, lack of flexibility, and recommended remedies to reduce the risk of falling.
