Physiotherapy Treatment

Understand more about physiotherapy, including when and where to see a physiotherapist for a treatment, especially if you happen to be plagued by the pain of osteoperosis.

We incorporate both physical exercise and therapy in our physiotherapy sessions to facilitate maximum recovery and resume functionality and movement. Our physiotherapy treatment aims to help you relieve pain, restore normal function and strength, while preventing further injury and promote an active lifestyle. Physiotherapists can help you cope with difficulties that may hinder your daily movement and activities through education and activity modification.

You can see our physiotherapist* if you require the following:
Management of musculoskeletal injuries (arms, shoulders, neck, back or lower limb pain)
