HPB will be gradually resuming Active Ageing Programmes for seniors in the community from 29 November 2021 onwards. In view of the evolving COVID-19 situation, and with the community’s health as our priority, appropriate measures are taken for the wellbeing of our participants.

Please note that:

  • Sessions are for fully vaccinated individuals participants only.
  • For all mask-off activities (e.g. physical activity sessions), participants are required to do an Antigen Rapid Test (ART) test within the last 24 hours and produce a verifiable negative result in order to participate. Participants will also be required to show a photograph of his/her result on his/her mobile phone to on-site staff before participation.
  • Individuals will not be able to participate in sessions if they:
    1. Have a fever or flu-like symptoms; or
    2. Are currently under a Stay-Home Notice or Isolation Order
