Retail & Exchange Outlets

Participants can exchange their faulty HPB fitness tracker^ at the respective authorised service providers’ outlets. As there are various models of HPB fitness tracker^, please note that each faulty HPB fitness tracker^ can only be exchanged at its authorised service provider’s outlets. Participants are required to bring the user manual found within the HPB fitness tracker^ box to facilitate the exchange. Please note that the product warranty does not cover accessories such as the charging cable. Exchange for a different fitness tracker^ model is strictly not allowed.

Purchase of the various models of HPB fitness trackers^ are only available at selected authorised service providers’ outlets.

Please note that the Authorised Service Providers only provide retail and exchange services. If you require troubleshooting services, please visit the National Steps Challenge™ Customer Care Centres instead. Issuance of queue numbers will end 1 hour before the stipulated closing time should the number of participants who have received a queue number exceeds the Customer Care Centre’s operating hours.

^All HPB issued fitness trackers will have a warranty period of 1 year from collection date. 1-year warranty for the HPB fitness tracker is only guaranteed against manufacturer's defects and covers defects in materials and workmanship. 1-to-1 exchange of faulty HPB fitness trackers will be subject to assessment by the staff at the Authorised Service Providers and National Steps Challenge™ Customer Care Centres. The warranty does not cover straps, wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse and damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to product use. Decreased battery life due to constant over charging, scratches, breakage and screen cracks shall not be covered. Please refer to warranty booklet for full information.
