All Authorised Service Providers only offer retail and exchange services. Should you require troubleshooting services, please visit the
National Steps Challenge™ Customer Care Centres.
^All HPB issued fitness trackers will have a warranty period of 1 year from collection date. 1-year warranty for the HPB fitness tracker is only guaranteed against manufacturer's defects. 1-to-1 exchange of faulty HPB fitness trackers
will be subject to assessment by the staff at the Authorised Service Providers. The warranty does not cover straps, wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse and damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to product use.
Decreased battery life due to constant over charging, scratches, breakage and screen cracks shall not be covered. Please refer to warranty booklet for full information.
