If you have not accumulated sufficient scans to earn Healthpoints,
any incomplete scan progress will not be rewarded when the Challenge ends.

WHEN
Challenge Period:
WHO CAN JOIN
Anyone who meets the following criteria:
- a) Singaporeans and PRs with a valid NRIC, or foreigners with a valid FIN
- b) Aged 17 years or older (based on birth year) at point of registration
HOW TO JOIN
- Download Healthy 365 app
- Create or restore profile
- Join “Scan & Win Challenge”
under Explore > Challenges
HOW TO EARN REWARDS
Tap Challenge Progress > Scan & Win QR Code Locations on your Healthy 365 app to view the
full list of Scan & Win locations.
Alternatively, click on the button below to see the full list of locations.
QR code locations
- Please ensure that the location services on your mobile phone are turned on.
Then, use the camera function in your Healthy 365 app to scan the
QR code at the Scan & Win location. - Receive 80 Healthpoints for every 10 QR codes scanned within 3 weeks. You
may only earn a maximum of 240 Healthpoints every 3 weeks. - You can only scan 2 unique QR codes a day.
- Aim to accumulate up to 30 QR codes within 3 weeks from the first scan.
Your scan progress will reset to zero after 3 weeks.
