ALL that Jazz

ALL that Jazz is a dance workout class that emphasises on the different styles, elements and technique of Jazz, such as Street Jazz, Theater Jazz, Lyrical Jazz and Funk Jazz.

Our ActiveSG instructor will take you through a journey of enjoyment and work on body alignment, isolation, musicality and fluidity as well as full expressive usage of body placement from head to toe!

You will have a better understanding of your body awareness through the movement of Jazz!

Bokwa® Tone & Core

Bokwa® Tone & Core is an exciting and new Bokwa group workout that targets the mid-section while integrating light weights that tone the upper and lower body. You never have to get on the floor and do another crunch or push up again to get the body you want.

Fight Club

Fight Club will introduce you to mixed martial arts, kickboxing fighter training and martial art drills. You will learn the basic elements of body toning exercises to tone your body and improve mobility and control.

Masala Bhangra® Workout

Masala Bhangra® is a high energy cardio dance workout that incorporates traditional Indian Bhangra dance moves, set to the upbeat tunes of popular Bollywood and Bhangra music. Give Masala Bhangra® a go! It is easy to follow and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Street Jam

Street JAM is a fusion dance workout class focusing on a variety of dance rhythms such as Old school/New school Hip hop, Reggae, Pop 'n' Lock, House and street Jazz/Funk. The moves are fun, easy to follow and your heart rate will elevate without you realising it. You will have a great time expressing your body placement with Style and Attitude!

Cardio Dance

Cardio dance is a refreshing alternative to the traditional aerobic class. It is fun, invigorating and energetic exercise programme to work the target heart rate thereby improving cardiovascular endurance and the ability to burn fat. This dynamic and entertaining workout incorporate dance moves from different genres such as hip hop, jazz, rock and roll, Kpop, jive, Latin, African or current pop hits. You will receive both cardiovascular and muscular gains with fun yet easy to follow dance routines.

Kukukwa Fitness

Kukuwa Fitness is a unique style of fitness, inspired by African cultural dance. It involves isolated and integrated movements of your entire body and is sure to get you to move your body!

U-Jam Fitness®

U-Jam Fitness® is an athletic urban dance fitness workout that combines dance and high-energy music for a workout that is bound to get your heart rate up, your body moving and make you work up a sweat - all while having fun!

Men’s Bootcamp and Circuit Training

Get your heart pumping and grow stronger with a mix of traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises, as well as interval, strength, resistance trainings and more!


Boxercise is a functional, high-energy training which include punching, skipping, ducking, weaving, speed, agility, endurance, power and balance. The workout does not involve physical contact and is suitable for all ages and fitness standards.

Bokwa® Fitness
