Dear Mummies, have you been experiencing body aches after delivery?

Join us at our postnatal workout sessions to improve your physical well-being and give your body a boost! These workouts focus on helping you improve your postural balance after pregnancy as well as rebuild your muscular strength and endurance, balance and flexibility for daily activities.

Sessions will also include a 15-min bite-sized sharing on health tips for the postnatal period.

Yoga focuses on improving balance, strength, mobility and flexibility while elevating the mental well-being of postnatal mothers through different breathing and stretching exercises.
