Yoga focuses on improving balance, strength, mobility and flexibility while elevating the mental well-being of postnatal mothers through different breathing and stretching exercises.
Pilates focuses on building core strength through a variety of low-impact mat-based exercises, which in turn improves movement effectiveness for postnatal mothers.
Resistance Training is a strength and conditioning programme which focuses on improving functional movement and building overall strength for postnatal mothers through weighted exercises.
