Having a baby - whether it’s your first, second or third - changes your body from your arms, to hips to feet! Your clothes and shoe sizes are different pre and post-pregnancy.

After birth is one of the best times to give your body a boost. Being in great physical shape will also give you the much-needed energy to care for your newborn.

Here are some free mat-based workouts to help you do just that! You'll not only shape up and feel great, you'll also pick up nutritional and mental wellbeing tips!

Who?

Post-natal moms (recommended for 3 to 24 months post delivery)

When?

1 hour virtual workouts (e.g. Yoga, Pilates)

Where?

Via Zoom

How?

Login using either a laptop, mobile phone or tablet, and have a wifi or internet connection
