Join our high-intensity circuit and strength training to keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time. These bodyweight-based exercises are available at 23 locations with both mixed and male-only sessions.

DOWNTOWN RUNS (Suitable for all shapes)

Enjoy a scenic downtown run while our trainers push you to your next personal best. It’s a good way to clock 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA), regardless of your shape.

GLADIATOR TRAINING (Most suitable for: )

Get fitter like a tough gladiator with our own unique circuit training.
