For participants who are using one of the compatible mobile apps and fitness trackers, your device needs to be able to track heart rate data in order to contribute towards the MVPA category.
Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activities every week and 10,000 steps every day. Sync your HPB fitness tracker* with the Healthy 365 mobile app at least once every 7 days to avoid losing your fitness records.HPB fitness trackers are continuously recording your heart rate, as long as it is charged. If you wish to view your heart rate at real-time, you can tap on the heart rate symbol on your tracker.
*Only Singaporeans/Permanent Residents who have signed up for National Steps Challenge™ Season 4 (including returning participants from past seasons) are eligible for the free HPB fitness trackers, available on a first-come-first-served, while stocks last basis. The Youth Challenge starts on 27 October 2018 and ends on 30 April 2019. Participants must be a current student from the participating Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and at least 17 years old at the time of signing up. The GLOW claw machines are back on campus, and free for all to play!
Show us your Healthy 365 mobile app history with at least 5,000 steps clocked in the past 7 days to earn tokens for the claw machine. Multiply your tokens when you wear your fitness tracker and turn up with your friends!
For ITE College Central & College West’s students, do look for your respective PE teacher to redeem your tokens!
Event #2: Fringe Activities @ Surf N Sweat*
Look out for fun activities by the Health Promotion Board that will be held during Surf N Sweat 2019, Singapore’s largest beach sporting event organised by the Nanyang Technological University Sports Club.

Gather your hall buddies to rep your hall in the first ever NTU Inter-Hall Steps Challenge, happening from 15 March to 30 April 2019.
The top hall with the highest overall daily average steps at the end of the Challenge wins an exclusive Dinner Celebration with their hall mates.
The top two halls with the most number of participants gathered by 14 March, 2359 will also receive an exclusive BOUNCE session with their hall mates.*
Simply download the Healthy 365 mobile app and register for NTU Inter-Hall Steps Challenge by keying in your hall’s entry code. The entry code will be sent through your school mailer.
