WHO CAN JOIN
Open to all National Steps ChallengeTM
Season 5 participants.

All 16 GRCs in Singapore are included in the Community Challenge. Each of the 13 Single Member Constituencies (SMCs) will be grouped with a GRC for the Challenge.

Registration for Community Challenge ends on 1 Dec 2019 at 11.59pm.
HOW TO REGISTER
STEP 1
Download or update to the latest version of the Healthy 365 mobile app.
STEP 2
Create your profile, or restore your profile if you already have one.
STEP 3
Select “Challenges” on the Menu bar to sign up for Community Challenge.
STEP 4
Choose your preferred fitness tracking device to pair with the Healthy 365 mobile app. For eligible1 participants, collect your FREE heart-rate monitoring trackers at Community Challenge roadshows. You can also use one of these compatible2 mobile apps and fitness trackers.

National Steps ChallengeTM preferred mobile apps and trackers:
  • Fitbit mobile app with any Fitbit tracker
  • Polar Flow mobile app

Other mobile apps and trackers:
  • Actxa® mobile app
  • Garmin Connect™  mobile app 
  • Healthkit mobile app with Apple Watch
You’re all good to go now! Remember to sync your fitness data once every 7 days to avoid losing your fitness activity records.

1Only Singaporeans / Permanent Residents who have signed up for the National Steps ChallengeTM Season 5, and have not received the HPB fitness tracker in Season 4 will be eligible for the free HPB fitness tracker, available on a first come, first served, while stocks last basis. Other terms and conditions apply. 2Applicable to selected fitness tracking devices compatible with Actxa®, Fitbit, Garmin ConnectTM, and Polar Flow mobile apps.
STEP 1
Head down to any of our roadshows to sign up, or sign up at the Healthy 365 kiosks from 27 Sep onwards if you have a compatible3 heart-rate monitoring fitness tracker.
STEP 2
Aim for 10,000 steps every day and 150 minutes of MVPA every week. To emerge as the top performing GRC of Community Challenge, take more steps and clock more MVPA minutes!
STEP 3
Use the ‘Sync for friends’ function on the Healthy 365 mobile app to update your fitness records using your friend’s smartphone.

Alternatively, you can update your records at any Healthy 365 Kiosks.
 
3Compatible HPB trackers models are Axtro Fit, Careeach, Careeach HR, Glide HR, Mova, Skytech, Tempo (HR), and Tempo 2 (HR).

4The Overall Top Performing GRC (Steps) is the winning GRC that clocks in the highest overall daily average step count from the start to the end of the Challenge. 5Daily average step count = total number of steps accumulated by all participants in the GRC/summation of total number of days in challenge for all participants in the GRC. 6The Overall Top Performing GRC (MVPA Minutes) is the winning GRC that clocks in the highest overall weekly average MVPA minutes from the start to the end of the Challenge. 7Weekly Average MVPA minutes = total weekly MVPA minutes accumulated by all participants in the GRC/summation of total number of weeks in challenge for all participants in the GRC. 8Healthpoints will be credited to eligible participants from the winning GRC within 2 months from the end of the Challenge i.e. 30 June 2020. 9Only current participants from the winning GRC who are still active at the end of the challenge period, will be eligible for the rewards. To qualify as a current participant, participants must have minimally clocked 1,000 steps on any given day in the last 4 weeks of the challenge.

Community Challenge participants now stand to win prizes from the "Active Participation Monthly Draw".
To qualify, all you have to do is to attend at least 8 FREE HPB workout sessions per month across eligible programmes below:


  • CPAP (General Population)
  • Active Ageing (Excercises)
  • Malls Workout
  • Sundays @ The Park

Sign up for these workout sessions via Healthy 365 mobile app.
10Each month, there will be up to 300 Monthly Draw prizes, or based on the number of eligible participants that meet the criteria of having attended 8 workout sessions in that month, whichever is lower.
