BCR Challenge is set up to encourage people to stay fit with us through various types of exercise activities like Aerobics, Resistance bands, Tabata, Circuit training, Strengthening workout and etc. Our aim is to build a healthier individual through the team's positive motivation. We believe having an optimistic, dedicated, and energetic attitude towards group exercise together will motivate us to maintain a healthy lifestyle always.
