More than just volunteers at our various health promoting events, our Health Ambassadors also run fitness interest groups for the community.

BCR Challenge​​​​​​​

BCR Challenge is set up to encourage people to stay fit with us through various types of exercise activities like Aerobics, Resistance bands, Tabata, Circuit training, Strengthening workout and etc. Our aim is to build a healthier individual through the team's positive motivation. We believe having an optimistic, dedicated, and energetic attitude towards group exercise together will motivate us to maintain a healthy lifestyle always.

FitnessKakis is an interest group that provide a platform to encourage anyone who want to exercise together. We promote & organize regular & a wide range of physical activities & healthy lifestyle to cater for different age groups & fitness level.

Line Dancing @ Woodlands

Simei Runners Interest Group is a neighbourhood running group for interested participants of all fitness level. It is managed by volunteers who are committed to promote healthy lifestyle and community bonding through running. Participants are free to run / walk at any pace that matches their fitness level.

Zumba @ Woodlands

This Aerobics provides an hour-long workout that is fun, interesting and action-packed. This can be bonding time with family, friends and community and relax every Sunday after a full working week.  Our objective is to bring the Exercise near the community and encourage a healthy life.
