WHAT YOU NEED

Chicken breast fillet (remove skin), cut into cubes
400 g

Oil *
1 tbsp

Sweet potato, cut into cubes
200 g

Curry paste
2 tbsp

Potato, cut into cubes
200 g

Tomato Ketchup *
4 tbsp

Onion, finely chopped
1 big

Low-fat evaporated milk *
200 ml

Water
1 litre

Salt
1 tsp

HOW TO COOK THIS DISH

  1. Boil sweet potatoes in water until almost soft and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in wok and stir-fry onions until fragrant.
  3. Add curry paste, chicken, a​nd potatoes.
  4. Pour chicken curry mixture into the pot of boiled sweet potato (with water). Simmer till all ingredients are cooked.
  5. Add in tomato ketchup and salt to season. Stir in evaporated milk. Bring pot to boil. Serve.​
