Enjoy free routine weekly runs of moderate-to-vigorous intensity at scenic and iconic locations led by professional trainers and pacers.

They will also offer tips on how to improve one's cardiovascular fitness, as well as hold running clinics to impart relevant knowledge on running techniques and the prevention of running injuries.

Whether you are gearing up for a marathon, or looking for that extra nudge to run again, these weekly i-RUN running sessions are for you.
