This article illustrates the right way to use your nose drops.

Use your nose drops the right way 

                                                                      
1Wash your hands with  soap and water before you apply the nose drop.

2Read the i nstructions on the label.

3Blow your nose gently.​​​​
4Sit with your head tilted backwards. Alternatively you can lie down, with a pillow under the shoulder so that your head is tipped backwards.​​
5Insert application tip about 1cm in the nose. Without touching the sides of the nasal opening, squeeze the right number of drops into the nose.​​
6Remain in the same position for several minutes so that the medication can spread through nasal cavity.​​

Store this medicine correctly.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
​​

Do not keep expired medicines or medicines that are no longer needed. Discard your nose drop 30 days after opening.
