​Polyclinic services remain highly subsidised by the government and National Health Group Polyclinics (NHGP) is committed to providing quality medical care to all of our patients. 

Patients seeking treatment for the following chronic conditions at our polyclinics can utilise MediSave to better manage their bills:
Stroke
Asthma

Approved services claimable under Medisave for patients suffering from chronic ailments include:


Consultation

Medication and laboratory tests that are related to the chronic disease that the patient is suffering from. 


Vaccination

Hepatitis B vaccination
Pneumococcal vaccination
Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccination — for patients who are nine to 27 years old


Dental

MediSave dental claims are allowed for the following dental surgical procedures:
Removal of roots
Implant surgery
Bone graft surgery
Soft tissue graft
Dislocation, reimplantation and transplantation
Incision and drainage

Please note that these are only generic information. Eligibility to apply for the various schemes varies for each individual, and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
